The McKenzie River Guides Association, McKenzie Watershed Council, and the McKenzie Fly Fishers invite people to volunteer for this fun-filled annual family event. During the July 8th Cleanup people will  protect and ensure the health of the river. After the work is done stay and enjoy food, prizes and more.
To register for activities along boat routes or the land-based cleanup, or for additional information, contact the McKenzie Watershed Council at 458-201-8150. Litter bags and gloves will be available at sign-up on the day of the event and can also be picked up prior to the event at the Council office located at 442 A Street in Springfield. Event Schedule: 8 – 9 am. Sign -in & Pick up Supplies at Hendricks Bridge Park; 9 am – 2 pm, River Clean-up; and 1 - 4 pm, BBQ and Festivities at Hendricks Bridge Park in Waterville.
