Excerpts From the November 21, 2013 Sheriff’s Reports

Nov. 6: 7:58 PM: Disorderly Subject – 88000 block, Easy Lane. Complainant reports son is trying to break things around the house. Caller disconnected after screaming into the phone, “Are you coming or not?” Resolved.

Nov. 7: 9:47 AM: Criminal Trespass – 45000 block, N. Gate Creek Rd. Caller reports a 60 year old male stalker is under her house – needs police immediately. Info taken.

Nov. 7: 10:20 AM: Traffic Hazard – Mp. 39, McK. Hwy. Caller advises tree branches/tree tops are falling into the roadway. A micro burst came through the area. 10:36: Via OSP, there are lots of branches down from Mp. 36 – 49.

Nov. 7: 5:57 PM: Intoxicated Subject – 35000 block, Camp Creek Rd. Involved is a 50 year old male subject, medium build wearing a hoodie & bandana with skulls. Subject is near the railroad bridge. Request patrol - unable to dispatch.

Nov. 8: 8:56 PM: Dispute – 52000 block, McK. Hwy. Caller was flagged down by subject who said a man at location was assaulting her daughter. Female fled back to the scene after flagging caller down. Complainant advises landlord assaulted her daughter. He is not there anymore. 21:17: Daughter’s boyfriend’s face is bloody. Advised landlord first hit twice & missed on the 3rd. Caller advises when complainant’s daughter tried to stop him he hit her 3 times. No one is intoxicated. 22:38: Resolved – mutual combat with no prosecution desired. Parties agreed to remain separated for remainder of the evening.
