    Lookout Creek area A project aimed at eradicating or containing noxious weeds on the Willamette National Forest is up for consideration. Officials say they need to use herbicides because manual control hasn’t been effective in stopping them from spreading further along five stream corridors.     4-H logo The 4-H positive youth development program invites you to their Lane County 4-H Tack Sale on Saturday, January 18th. at the Oregon Horse Center on Prairie Road in Eugene. The sale is a special fundraiser to build back 4-H youth programs in Lane County and will particularly allow offering horse projects and 4-H horse events in Lane County this year.
