Crews respond to outages caused by wind storm Eugene Water & Electric Board crews are responding to multiple outages in Eugene and the McKenzie River Valley caused by high wind gusts on Saturday. Most of the outages are reported in the Thurston, Hayden Bridge and Walterville areas, although smaller outages are being reported throughout the utility’s service area.
