Lane County Sheriff Byron Trapp advises residents living in flood prone areas along rivers, creeks and streams to monitor water levels tonight throughout the weekend. If necessary and safe to do so, evacuate self, family and pets to friends, family or hotel before becoming trapped by rising water. For life threatening emergencies ONLY call 911.
