Possible road rage incident occurred where the driver of one vehicle stopped in the highway, pointed a handgun at two individuals, exchanged some words, and left the scene.     Dec. 5: 17:12: Towed Vehicle, Abandoned/Hazard – Clear Lake Cutoff, Milepost 9. A white Sprinter van was involved in a crash earlier in the day. The van was previously called in and had been cleared. It was still present in the afternoon. A trooper responded and found the van unsecure with a large amount of packages inside. The van was unable to be secured on the scene. A towing company was called under community caretaking as the vehicle had a high likelihood of theft.
