From the Nov. 8 Sheriff's Report

Oct. 25: 9:45 AM: Theft – 57000 block, N. Bank Rd. Complainant advises they had 3 yard signs pulled out & thrown into the river. Citizen self report.

Oct. 25: 5:32 PM: Theft From Vehicle – 38000 block, Hendricks Park Rd. Taken: Backpack with books, anti-inflammatory & pain meds. No weapons stolen. Citizen self report.

Oct. 26: 7:20 AM: Suspicious Conditions – Mp. 9, McK. Hwy. Caller found a bike & backpack alongside the road. Caller travels this road every day & those belongings are not usually there – concerned there is someone inured in the area. OSP advised.

Oct. 26: 8:00 PM: Disorderly Subject – 89000 block, Upper Johnson Creek Rd. Complainant’s boyfriend is belligerent – tried to take phone away from her when she called 911. She advises the subject is hiding her keys – denies taking them, advises he has no idea where they are. Info taken.

Oct. 27: 9:03 AM: Injury Accident – Aufderheide Dr. & USFS Rd. #1985. Caller’s vehicle went off the road. Caller & 3 year old & 18 month old are exposed to the weather – approx. 2 inches of snow. 09:32: They have taken cover under some trees, providing some coverage from light to moderate rain. 09:45: Tow en route. 10:02: Taking all occupants to Rd. 19 for possible transport. Disregard.

Oct. 27: 3:37 PM: Lost Subject – Blue River area. Caller went hiking with 2 friends & dog, got lost. Drove off F.S. Rd. #19, took road at left at “Road Closed” sign – drove up gravel road approx. 1 mile, took hiking trail. No food or water – do have coats on, but are soaking wet. 15:55: They have been walking around, not on any sort of trail, for about 3 hours. They have been following the lake but are higher up than it is & it’s very steep. 18:42: Caller hasn’t heard any sirens/whistles yet. 19:16: Involved is yelling back at Search & Rescue. 20:53: All back at vehicle & en route home. Report taken.

Oct. 28: 1:04 PM: Attempt To Locate Drunk Driver – Marcola Rd. & Old Marcola Rd. Involved is a white southbound Ford Ranger pickup that was swerving all over the road, now stuck in a field. Operator is out & walking, told someone else he fell asleep. Involved is in his late 30s, wearing a green hoodie, blue sweat pants & carry a white plastic sack. 1329: Second caller advises a subject requested a ride to town. Subject was wearing PJ’s & sweatshirt – seems odd to caller. 14:08: Additional caller reports someone has stopped & pulled the vehicle out of the field. It had quite a bit of front-end damage. Caller doesn’t think he could make it too far on a half flat tire. Info relayed.

Oct. 28: 6:36 PM: Non-injury Accident – Camp Creek Rd. & Thienes Lane. Silver Toyota SUV ran into a building on the side of the roadway. Female is only occupant – is up & walking around, no visible injuries. Info taken.

Oct. 31: 7:31 PM: Harassment – 88000 block, Easy Lane. Subject has been threatening to come to complainant’s house & kill her. Involved used to live with caller, was kicked out several months ago. Info taken.
