THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PORTLAND HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW... WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 4 PM PDT MONDAY.
* TIMING... AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THROUGH MID MONDAY AFTERNOON.
* SNOW LEVELS... LOWERING TO AROUND 4000 FEET LATE TONIGHT AND TO BETWEEN 3000 AND 3500 FEET ON MONDAY.
* ACCUMULATIONS... AT THE PASSES... 2 TO 3 INCHES. AT THE SKI RESORTS 6 OR 7 INCHES.
* IMPACTS... ROADS IN THE CASCADES WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED LATE TONIGHT AND ON MONDAY... POSSIBLY CAUSING TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES.
