The US. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is making priority funding available for National Scenic Areas and other rural communities that have been devastated by wildfires.
In all, $2 million will be made available under the Rural Business Development Grants program for eligible projects in rural communities located on a river or ocean coastline, with priority given to projects on National Scenic Areas impacted by wildland fires.
Applications are due July 6, 2021.
