State Police Report - June 17

June 8: 23:48: Crash, Injury – Hwy. 126E, Milepost 17. Dispatched to a single vehicle crash. The vehicle was traveling westbound when it left the roadway and struck a power pole off of the shoulder. The driver was in transport to the Riverbend Hospital with significant injuries when medical personnel pronounced the driver deceased. The vehicle was towed. Deceased; Driver Staci Lynn Jackson, [56, of Springfield. Involved Vehicle: blue Ford Escape.

June 9: 20:12: Crash, Non-Injury - Hwy. 126E, Milepost 13.5. Dispatched to a single vehicle accident. A vehicle had crashed into a house off the highway. Arrived and contacted the driver and homeowners. No injuries were sustained. The vehicle was towed due to damages. Involved: maroon Chevy Silverado, 57-year-old female.
