July 26: 21:19: Traffic Crimes, All Except Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants - Hwy. 126E, Milepost 45. Stopped driver for an observed violation. The driver was Misdemeanor/Suspended for DUII and cited and released in lieu of custody. Involved: white Nissan Altima, 44-year-old male from Blue River.

July 29: 07:49: Crash, Injury – Hwy. 126E, Mp. 17. Troopers dispatched to report of motor vehicle crash, with unknown injury. Investigation revealed a 2021 White Jeep Cherokee was stopped at the intersection of Holden Creek Rd. and SR 126E. The operator of the Jeep entered WB on SR 126E. A 2005 Silver Toyota Corolla was WB on SR 126E and attempted to slow down to avoid colliding with the Jeep. The vehicles made contact. The operator of Jeep arranged own tow. Emerald Towing retrieved the Toyota. The operator of the Toyota advised minor injury to back, did not request transport. Both operators were provided copies of crash report. Operator of Jeep was issued written warning for Fail to Obey Traffic Control Device. Involved: white Jeep Cherokee, silver/aluminum Toyota Corolla, 22-year-old female from Leaburg, 74-year-old male from Springfield.

Aug. 1: 16:24: Traffic Crimes, All Except DUII – Hwy. 126E, Mp. 7. Troopers were dispatched to a reported driving complaint located near milepost 34 westbound. Four callers reported the vehicle driving erratic speeds, driving into oncoming traffic, causing multiple near miss collisions and driving other vehicles off the roadway. Troopers located the vehicle near milepost 7, conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver for Reckless Driving. The driver was lodged at Lane County Adult Corrections without incident. Involved: green Ford Explorer, 51-year-old male from Cranston, RI.
