Sheriff's Office Reorts - June 16

May 31: 9:38 a.m: Unlawful Use of Vehicle - 88600 block, Whitsell Ln. - A caller reported that an acquaintance borrowed his vehicle for an extended period of time and returned it damaged.

2:22 p.m: Disturbance,, Dispute - 92200 blk, Carson St. A caller reported that a person by the name of ‘Isaac’ keeps selling his girlfriend drugs.

2:51 p.m: Theft – McK. River Trailhead – A vehicle was broken into and a purse was stolen at the McKenzie River Trailhead.

June 1: 9:51 a.m: Disturbance,, Dispute - 88900 blk, Ross Ln. An area resident witnessed a verbal dispute escalate to shoving between a neighbor and contractor. No injuries were reported.

June 2: 12:44 p.m: Fraud - 38800 blk, Upper Camp Creek Rd. A caller lost an undisclosed amount of money in an online credit card fraud.

3:43 a.m: Disturbance,, Dispute - 91000 blk, Hill Rd. – Deputies were dispatched to a dispute over one person refusing to move a car that was blocking another one in. No crimes were articulated and parties were eventually separated.

June 5: 9:28 a.m: Theft - 59200 blk, N, Belknap Springs Rd. – An employee who originally thought their phone had been stolen, discovered it had only been lost.

4:16 p.m: Criminal Trespass – N. Gate Creek Rd. Mp. 2. A deputy patrolling the area made contact with the occupants of a vehicle trespassing in the area.

9:51 a.m: Criminal Mischief - Cascade View staging area. A deputy took a report of damaged property at the staging area.

June 6: 4:26 p.m: Assist Police Dept. – McK. Hwy. & Cedar Flat Rd. Deputies assisted the Springfield Police Department regarding an attempted kidnapping.

4:31 p.m: ATL Drunk Driver - Camp Creek Rd. & McK. Hwy.

June 7: 1:25 p.m: Speeding Vehicle - Marcola Rd. & Wendling Rd.

5:51 p.m: Welfare Check - 55600 blk, McK. River Dr.

8:05 p.m: Threat, Harassment - 87500 blk, Cedar Flat Rd.

June 8: 8:05 p.m: Threat, Harassment - 87500 blk, Cedar Flat Rd. A caller stated that their nephew had been making threats to come over and beat the caller up.

15:35 a.m: Suspicious Conditions - 91500 blk, Donna Rd. – An area resident observed someone get dropped off and walk onto a nearby property in the area. 10 minutes later fireworks or shots were heard. Unknown if related.

3:15 p.m: Suspicious Conditions - River St. & Blue River Dr. A caller observed aircraft flying close to the ground. Deputies were able to determine that it was a military training exercise.

June 9: 2:37 p.m: Reckless Driving – McK. Hwy. Mp. 50. A caller reported that a dark gray Ford Expedition was unable to maintain its lane and was braking constantly.

6:00 p.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, Unknown Injury Mp. 27. Deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash where a driver possibly fell asleep while driving. No serious injuries were observed or reported.

8:32 p.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, DUII - 35500 blk, Camp Creek Rd. A white sedan left the roadway, rolled, and struck a utility pole. The driver was an investigator for DUII and was arrested.

10:13 a.m: Attempt To Locate Drunk Driver - McK. Hwy. Mp. 34.

8:33 p.m: Restraining Order Service - 46500 blk, McK. Hwy.

7:35 p.m: Unlawful Entry, Motor Vehicle - 40500 blk, McK. Hwy.

9:13 p.m: Sign Down (not stop sign) - 5500 blk, Camp Creek Rd.

June 10: 8:01 a.m: Theft - 55600 blk, McK. river Dr. A caller reported that their wallet, including identification, was stolen.

11:59 a.m: Narcotics, Drug Info - 8500 blk, Thurston Rd.

12:46 p.m: ATL Drunk Driver - McK. Hwy. Mp. 13.

4:10 p.m: Vehicle Stop - McK. Hwy. Mp. 27.

7:16 p.m: Vehicle Stop - McK. Hwy. Mp. 32.

9:38 p.m: Theft - 38000 blk, McK. Hwy. A resident reported that their dogs’ leads and runners were stolen. 

9:42 p.m: Welfare Check - Marcola Rd. & Shadows Dr.

11:06 p.m: Suspicious Conditions - 88600 blk, Gemstone Rd. A caller reported that two unfamiliar vehicles were at their neighbors’ house.  deputies made contact and determined there had been no crime.

June 11: 1:08 p.m: Citizen Contact - 89000 blk, twin firs Rd.

1:54 p.m: Welfare Check - Mill Creek Rd. & McK. Hwy.

2:00 p.m: Driving While Suspended - McK. River Dr. & Caddis Ln.

3:53 p.m: Citizen Contact - 91800 blk, Mill Creek Rd.

5:23 p.m: Water Rescue - Aufderheide Dr. & Gamby Ln.

6:02 p.m: Assist, Information - McK. Ranger Station.

6:18 p.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, No Injury - 38400 blk, McK. Hwy.

June 12: 6:44 a.m: Suspicious Vehicle - Parsons Creek Rd. & Marcola Rd.

1:09 p.m: Incomplete 911 Call - 88000 blk, Running Spring Dr.

1:19 p.m: Theft - 54700 blk, McK. Hwy.

3:56 p.m: Boat Check - 91600 blk, Donna Rd.

5:18 p.m: Theft - 51600 blk, Blue River Dr.

8:54 p.m: Suspicious Conditions - Camp Creek Rd. & McK. Hwy.
