OSP Report - March 16

March 9: 15:31: Traffic Crimes, All except DUII – Marcola Rd. Milepost 12. Troopers stopped the driver of a Honda Civic for switched plates. The driver was felony suspended, had a serviceable warrant for his arrest, and the Honda was stolen. The driver was taken into custody without incident and subsequently transported to Lane County Adult Corrections where he was lodged. The vehicle was towed for safekeeping. Involved: turquoise Honda Civic owned by a 75-year-old Eugene man, a 26-year-old male from Sweet Home. Charges: Driving While Suspended or Revoked felony, Possession of Stolen Vehicle, DWS – Misdemeanor.
