Sheriff's Reports - January 23

Jan. 9:  6:13 p.m: Suspicious Vehicle - McK. Hwy. A suspicious vehicle was observed on USFS property. The call was forwarded to the USFS.

Jan. 13: 10:26 a.m: Burglary - 91700 blk, Horse Creek Rd. A residence in the area was burglarized. Deputies identified suspects as Travos James Bechtol, 30, and Cestla Cie Dwan Mortiz, 47. Both were later arrested while deputies were investigating a separate case in which Bechtol ran from deputies and was later located and arrested.

Jan. 14: 10:53 a.m: Assist Fire Department - 51700 blk, Dexter St.

3:44 p.m: Burglary - 56300 blk, McK. Hwy. A resident noticed their guesthouse had been burglarized while deputies were searching for Travos Bechtol after he ran from them. When Bechtol was arrested, he had property in his possession that linked him to the burglary. He was arrested on additional charges for this incident as well.

7:08 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 38400 blk, McK. Hwy. An area resident observed subjects in a vehicle who appeared to be in a physical dispute. A deputy attempted to locate the vehicle without success.

7:41 p.m: Lost Subject - Showalter Thin Mainline Rd.

8:15 p.m: Violation of Restraining Order - 90400 blk, Sunderman Rd.

Jan. 15: 2:26 a.m: Assist Public - Deerhorn Rd.

3:57 a.m: Driving Under Influence of Intoxicants - Marcola Rd.

7:25 a.m: Injured Animal - Sunderman Rd.

11:54 a.m: Assist, Follow Up - 56200 blk, McK. Hwy.

3:19 p.m: Reckless Driving - Hill Rd.

3:24 p.m: Welfare Check - 90700 blk, Hill Rd.

4:40 p.m: Animal Complaint - 37600 blk, Camp Creek Rd.

9:41 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - Marcola area.

Jan. 16: 2:26 a.m: Assist Public - Deerhorn Rd.

7:25 a.m: Injured Animal - Sunderman Rd.

7:38 a.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 38100 blk, A St. Deputies responded to a dispute at a residence in the area. The involved separated for the night. 

6:31 p.m: Welfare Check - 94900 blk, Marcola Rd.

Jan. 17: 8:40 a.m: Fraud - 45000 blk, McK. Hwy. Self-report regarding money lost online. 

10:09 a.m: Hit & Run - 91800 blk, Mill Creek Rd.

12:49 p.m: Harassment - 38100 blk, A St. A deputy contacted the involved regarding a vehicle civil issue, and was able to resolve the issue.

8:49 p.m: Warrant Service - Crooked Creek staging site.

Jan. 18: 9:58 a.m: Civil service - 6400 blk, Thurston Rd.

11:47 a.m: Suspicious Vehicle - 88200 blk, Tiki Ln.

4:15 p.m: Harassment - 91900 blk, Marcola Rd.

4:20 p.m: Theft From Vehicle - McK. Hwy.

10:52 p.m: Suspicious Conditions - 40500 blk, McK. Hwy.

Jan. 19: 10:54 a.m: Alarm - 46700 blk, Goodpasture Rd.

11:30 a.m: Disturbance, Dispute - McK. Hwy. Milepost 10.

9:10 p.m: Prowler - 91900 blk, Taylor Rd.

Jan. 20: 10:50 a.m: Civil Service - 87900 blk, Tamora Dr.

11:22 a.m: Subpoena Service - 44900 blk, McK. Hwy.

11:50 a.m: Restraining Order Service - 47300 blk, McK. Hwy.
