Excerpts From the December 25, 2014 Sheriff’s Reports

Dec. 13: 5:12 p.m: Disturbance- Dispute - 45400 block, Goodpasture Rd. Complainant was at neighbor’s house caring for elderly resident. Daughter of another person who lives at the house came over to complainant’s house – yelling & screaming. Female shoved complainant’s husband so hard he lost his balance. No one is injured. Involved did not enter house, stayed outside. Caller wants it on record subject threatened to kill her.

Dec. 14: 12:56 p.m: Assault - Marcola Rd. & Sunderman Rd. Complainant reports his girlfriend pulled his hair, punched him in the face, took $20 from his wallet, exited vehicle & left on foot. Caller says he has 2 cuts beneath his eye. This is 5 – 6^th time this year she has hit him & he is tired of it. Caller believes female used a Snapple bottle to hit him. Also reports she almost caused him to wreck when she grabbed him by the hair.

Dec. 15: 11:50 a.m: Threat - Harassment -50900 block, McK. Hwy. Complainant owns a water company in Eugene. He has been getting harassing & increasingly strange text messages from subject who seems to be upset that they are selling water. Subject has also been seen near complainant’s residence. The last few nights he has been woken up between 0200 – 0300 hrs. by a strong smell of tobacco. No one in his household smokes so caller is concerned subject is stalking them. Caller believes subject lives in Vida.
